Hi,
I called Dr. Costas Frantzis to obtain his email address (costasfrantzis@hotmail.com).
I then sent him an email regarding the properties in our building registered at the Land Registry to Pieris Estates Limited.
So far there is no response of course!
Cheers
Dave B.

Re: Can anyone recommend a good company to manage a complex of 25 units?
Michelle, I would look carefully for an independent lawyer, before you appoint a management company. You will almost certainly get owners who will not pay common expenses, and expect everyone else to foot the bill. At that point your only option is to take legal action against them. A long drawn out...

Jointly Owned Property - Ownership Calculation
Hi, Does anyone understand the calculation of ownership in a jointly owned building? As the largest property owner (at 314 square metres) in our building, we are required to pay almost 10% of all common expenses (9.98%), although according to the Limassol Land registry we only own 6.04% of the build...

Management Committee - Public Liability Insurance
Hi, Has anyone involved as part of a building or resort management committee arranged public liability insurance for the committee members? When you read the Cyprus law (Chapter 224), it appears that a committee can sue OR be sued. So although you provide a free service to your building or resort wi...

Association of Building/ Resort Management Committees
Hi, It seems as though there is little municipality or government support for building/ resort management committees, who are constantly struggling with the same type of issues. Despite constant threats from the municipality over 30-years to repair our building, they did nothing to punish the offend...

Re: Assignment of Liquidator
Nigel, Thanks for your response. Dead on with the guess on the company concerned, it was Pieris Estates Limited. I have done some digging myself, and it appears that the 'liquidator' was 'Kostas Frantzi'. I have an address for him in Limassol but no email address. Only information available so far f...

Hi, I am involved with the Management Committee of an apartment building in Limassol, consisting of 23 apartments and 7 shops. We have been attempting to update our owners list, and to assist us with this issue we applied to the Limassol Land Registry for an official list of all properties in the bu...

Assignment of Liquidator
Hi, Can anyone tell me how a liquidator is appointed in Cyprus (does it have to be a lawyer/ accountant or a.n.other). A qualified person? We have a number of issues with our building in Limassol, where the original developer declared bankruptcy in 1986. A liquidator was appointed but to date there ...
