Can you tell me how your Chariman got on with Land Registry and the Bank with regards opening a Bank account etc for your committee. Did you register with Land Registry?

I take it you meant we can only do that if our previous Committee had been registered at Land Registry.... it was not registered.

Our Management Committee notified owners that it had disbanded and that all communal services ie, electricity, water, lifts and insurance :-! would be terminated two weeks later. This was done without any prior discussions with owners or without calling an EGM. Can they legally do this? I ...
